Our guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your audit report, we'll fix it or refund it — your choice. We'd rather fix it.

How to request a refund

Reply to your report delivery email within 7 days of receiving the PDF. Tell us what you expected vs. what you got. No forms, no hoops.

What we'll do

• Fix it: If you flag a specific issue (missing finding, wrong analysis, unclear recommendation), we'll revise and resend within 24 hours.
• Refund it: If you'd prefer a refund, we'll process it within 2–3 business days via Stripe. The full €29 is returned, no partial refunds.

Exceptions

We can't audit pages that require login, are behind a VPN, or are hosted locally. If your page wasn't accessible at time of order, email us and we'll either wait for it to go live or refund you.
